We are a small, independent Scottish charity that raises approximately half our income from individuals living in Scotland and the other half from grants and trusts.

Costs of campaigning

If you currently donate to Friends of the Earth Scotland, or are considering donating and would like to know how your donation might be used, here are some examples of what your donation could be spent on:Eco pod: The eco pod

• £200 Costume, such as our favourite penguin outfits

• £500 Promotional materials for a campaign

• £1000 Mass lobby of Scottish Parliament

• £2000 Giant inflatable prop, like our nuclear white elephant, carbon dinosaur and eco-pod

• £500 Annual cost for access to email actions

• £5000 An expert report, such as our recent report on energy futures.
